In this project, we are responsible for the writing of procedures, policies and training. This is inclusive of the design and implementation of a HR System which is to be implemented as the company continues to grow. The systems are to be put in place in order for all staff to work to the same procedures and policies with structured training and career paths to follow.

We are currently in the early stages of designing and implementing a fully functional database website for UK Teaching Staff. We are responsible for the template design, all graphic design, search engine optimisation, online and offline marketing strategies and are hoping to have a long lasting relationship with them.

We have recently also been responsible for writing marketing strategies for other web designers, and have undertaken market research to provide a grounding for writing of business plans. These have been for the small business, specifically looking at business start up for both budding entrepreneurs and existing businesses. We are currently undertaking the scripting of websites for SEO, online advertising on websites and search engines for a real estate company across 7 countries in addition to the projects above.

For this project, we have been working on a re-design of a website for a non profit organisation in the U.S. We have been responsible for supplying different templates for the client to choose from, inputting all logos and content to the site whilst keeping the site looking simple, sophisticated and corporate throughout. Although the new site is not live yet, screenshots of the designed site will be uploaded soon….
